2010. International seminar on Pharmaceutical Education & Research (ISPER)

The conference was unique as this was the first time that an international conference was organized by an institute in its first year of establishment. The conference paved the way for an open discussion on the subject of pharmaceutical sciences with a special focus on Computer-aided drug design (CADD) and the use of artificial intelligence in developing novel compounds.


2012: National Seminar cum Workshop on Emerging Trends in Computer-Aided Drug Design, sponsored by Schrodinger Inc., USA (NSWCADD)

The conference included Hands-on training in the CADD software and was supported by Schrodinger Inc., USA., and was the first of its kind to be organized by any institute in the region. The deliberations were highly useful with participants learning CADD software. This seminar provided students, faculty, and industry representatives to advance technology used in modern drug design, develop a network with world-renowned scientist, and open doors for business opportunities


2014: Current Perspective on Drug Discovery and Pharmacoinformatics (CPDDP)

The conference had a wide range of impacts across various sectors with the advancement of knowledge and innovation through sharing information on cutting-edge technology, collaborative research, and stimulating innovation. This helped students, faculties, and industry representatives to update their knowledge base, understand the link between pharmacy and informatics, and enhance research skills and technology proficiency along with critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude when it comes development of new drugs.


2016: International Seminar on Global Trends in Health and Environment

The conference was attended by delegates from WHO, Switzerland who deliberated on current trends in the field of Health and environment. The participants presented their original research in the form of lectures as well as posters which were much appreciated by the participants of the Symposium.


2017 :International Symposium in Computational Methods in Toxicology and Pharmacology Integrating Internet Resources (CMTPI)

GIPER was given the responsibility to host this well renowned international conference which had been previously organised in different countries such as France, Greece etc. The Conference was attended by as many as 15 countries including France, Japan, USA, Turkey, Korea, Russia, Egypt, USA, UK, Greece, Hungary, South Africa etc. The confidence was organised at Goa and was a huge success. It provided an opportunity to participants to upgrade their knowledge, learn new technology, network with both academia & industries, collaborate for research projects both nationally and internationally.


2020: Current Trends in Pharmaceutical and Medical Sciences (CTPMS)

The conference was unique in a way that it was a full fledged conference just before the world was hit by Covid 19. The conference was attended by delegates from all around the world including from Slovenia and USA. The participants presented their original research in the form of posters and oral lectures and were well appreciated by the delegates.


2021: International conference on Drug Design and Development Research

The conference was organised to celebrate the 70th birthday of Honourable Chairman Dr Anil Kumar Saxena and it was attended by delegates from all around the world through offline as well as online mode. The hybrid mode was well appreciated by the delegates. The scientific content of the conference was of high standard with talks from the scientists of Slovenia, France etc.


2024: Global Trends in Health, Technology and Management (GTHTM)

The International Conference organised in Dehradun had a wide range of impact across many sectors. The delegates benefited by sharing the advancements of knowledge and innovation through sharing of cutting edge research. The delegates had the chance of professional development through networking opportunities as well as skill enhancements. The presence of policymakers had an impact on the development of new policies as well as economic boost in the region. The participants had benefits in the form of motivation by listening to eminent scientists from all around the world.
